this place was spotless and the staff were super friendly. The best part was the awesome location! 😊 For instance, we were just a short walk away from Paseo del Prado, which was amazing.

I thoroughly enjoyed convenient placing of central heating, a work desk, and TV with satellite channels in the single room. The location of the hotel was particularly good and incredible - at a moderate distance from an urban park.
The views were quite bad.

double bed was very comfortable.. Fabulous breakfast, many healthy food options, with great breads, fresh cheese, tomato, good oil, fresh fruit... Location, although it did not have public transportation at the door, you could walk to many tourist places.
Usually everything was fine, there were several things that could be improved for my taste:. One of the rooms reserved was not yet ready at 1:15 p. m.. soap in the bathroom ran out and they didn't replace it even if they said so at the reception. breakfast tables take a long time to clean them and to replenish cups and so on, it would take more staff.. first days they only put 2 glasses in the rooms even though it was triple. sofa bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. bathroom door was made of glass, you wake up at midnight you wake up the rest of the family with the light.. There was no bidet.. bathtub was difficult to get in and out of because the screen was fixed.. faucet was very complicated to handle.. terrace should have a table with chairs.. Little light in the room.

The charming and resolute staff. Excellent situation for those who want to know Madrid center, although it was not our case. They give you facilities, guidance and advice on parking matters, which is great considering the area where it is located.
A high price considering that it was just sleeping, since we didn't get any breakfast. The bathroom would need some renovation and very little in details, since there was only a tube of bath gel, another of bodymilk, a bathing cap and a bar of soap (not even shampoo, hair comb or toothbrush and cream) and since we were two people, there would have to be at least two of everything. And finally, I found some hair when I removed one of the decorative cushions on top of the bed. There was no hairdryer either, come on, that was a bit scarce in room services and for 185 euros for sleeping, I expected a lot more.

I liked everything about this accommodation. The breakfast is incredible, a lot of variety and fresh fruits, like typical Spanish delicacies. The staff is very friendly. Very attentive, always ready to help and guide you. The location of the hotel is ideal whether you arrive in Barajas or Atocha. From Atocha you are only a few minutes walk away. And from Barajas you can take the bus that for 5 euros leaves you in Cibeles or Atocha, and from there, walk to the hotel. It's in Lope de Vega street. Plaza del Sol is a few blocks away (10-15 minutes walk). The rooms are super comfortable and named after the Spanish writer's works. It is in front of the Prado Museum (which has free entrance from 6pm). I stayed in several hotels of this same chain, and this one in Madrid was the one I liked the most (far!). My room had a balcony to the street but it was quiet anyway. The beds were very wide and comfortable. The hot water was perfect in terms of temperature and quantity. If you can't live without hair conditioner, buy it and take it with you. They only provide you with 2 in 1 shampoo (which for me and my curlers, is not the same). They left us a complimentary bottle of water in the room. It has a safe in the room and a fridge too. At the reception they always invite you with delicious flavoured waters (grapefruit, orange or lemonade) and with some sweets. Although they do not have a 24-hour bar, they do have a Nespresso coffee machine always available. You buy the capsule right there and you have sweetener, sugar and milk or cream to add; the lobby has some huge and comfortable armchairs to enjoy it. There is reception 24 hours a day. There are plenty of places to eat dinner, lunch and breakfast nearby in case you haven't booked breakfast.
I liked everything! When I return to Madrid, I will stay in this hotel again.

Doble room is very comfortable and clean. The location is very good, near museums and parks. Very close to the metro and Renfe stations. The price is a little high.
The matress was uncomfortable.

The location, nice room and bathroom with big tub, and the breakfast buffet.
It was very hot in the room and the air conditioner could not be turned on until the end of April, regardless of the hot weather we had that day. A staff personel told me he would check and bring me a fan but never returned with a fan or to tell me there weren't any.
